Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. Great location. Clean room. Internet is present but very hard to send any photos or files. To get hot water- need to wait until cold water leaks. The soap dish with liquid soap near the sink was broken and didn’t work properly.
I stayed at Pepe Pancho for over a week. My room was very clean and comfortable and I was very happy there. There's a big kitchen to cook in if you want, and tables on the outside covered patio, which is very pleasant. And to top it off, Javier and his team are kind and helpful and always available for anything you need. I absolutely recommend Pepe Pancho!
The room is nice and clean and the staff always tries to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The WiFi is really good in the room, usually above 40 Mbps. I needed a good connection for video calls, which worked flawless. The included breakfast is also really tasty and quite varied.
Excelente ubicación, habitación limpia y cómoda.... tal vez lo que no me gustó fue que se nota que las paredes son muy delgadas en la segunda planta entonces se escucha tooodooo, creo que están mejor las habitaciones de la primera planta... Aún así el personal es muy amable igual que los dueños. Es una buena opción para hospedarse en San Cristóbal

Es un hotel con una Paz y tranquilidad que en pocos lugares van a encontrar y todo su interior es maravilloso encantador dónde puedes disfrutar del comedor de su sala de su cocina pero sobretodo admirar las fotografías del pasado sus adornos de artesanías y cosas que ya solo las encuentras en los baules del recuerdo excelente lugar para descansar y disfrutar de unas buenas vacaciones
Me hospedé en Hotel Pepe Pancho San Cristóbal Bed and Breakfast y fue una excelente experiencia. La ubicación es muy buena, a solo unos minutos caminando de la plaza principal, lo que hace todo muy accesible. El hotel es bonito y acogedor, y el personal fue siempre muy amable. Incluye desayuno, lo cual es un buen detalle, y mi habitación tenía balcón, lo cual fue un gran plus. Muy recomendable para quienes buscan comodidad y buena atención en San Cristóbal.
Soy de la Ciudad de México y visité San Cristóbal de las Casas, este lugar me encantó! Buen precio, habitaciones limpias, la calidez de las personas que nos atendieron muy amables, estuve 2 noches, muy céntrico, todo a la mano, ojalá acondicionaran habitaciones en planta baja, mi mamá tuvo que subir escaleras y tiene operación de rodilla. Saludos
